Research projects
Among the different missions that BETA researchers fulfill, research is the one that structures the laboratory’s activities, between theoretical research and applied research. Through its research projects and contracts, BETA attempts to respond to major societal challenges while ensuring a significant part of the functioning of research (surveys, computer equipment, travel, conferences, etc.).
BETA research projects are carried out in partnership with public institutions at different levels:
- European: Horizon Europe, Interreg, etc.
- National: ANR, Ademe, ministries, Programme Investissement d’Avenir – PIA, etc.
- Local: regions, universities.
