Abstract: Unfortunately, in 2026, we are still discussing gender pay inequalities. Why? Because when we compare the average annual earnings of women and men in France, we find a gap of 22 per cent. So, what causes this and how can we interpret it? This is the focus of this lecture by Alexandra Roulet, a specialist in the French labour market.
This lecture is free and open to the general public.
It will also be available online.
