Internship DIS-BIO project – Master 2

BETA is recruiting a trainee as part of the DIS-BIO project, which aims to identify the new knowledge needed for forest planning in the face of major challenges.

The DIS-BIO project aims to identify the problems involved in adopting and maintaining organic farming by analysing the possibility of implementing different types of levers (social, economic, spatial and environmental).

Crowdfunding is another voluntary way to support organic farming. The aim of DIS-BIO work package six is to test the feasibility of implementing such crowdfunding mechanisms where consumers pay directly to farmers for using specific production methods.

Subject: Choice Experiment on Crowdfunding of Organic Farming

Requirements: fundamental concepts in (environmental) economics; statistical methods and econometrics; knowledge about the ecosystem service concept; both French and English skills.

Duration: 6 months, start between February 1st and April 1st, 2024.

Application deadline: February 1, 2024.
