Mehdi Guelmamen, a junior researcher at the University of Lorraine and a member of BETA, and his two co-authors, Camille Naudy (University of Lille, LEM) and Maëlis Renault (Paris-Dauphine University), have received a special mention in the Young Researcher Prize awarded by the French Association for the Economics of Law (AFED).

This honour recognises their article entitled ‘Does Contractual Form Matter? Evidence from French Public Initiative Networks’, the working paper for which is available on the BETA website.

The prize was presented on 8 October 2026 during the AFED’s 11th annual conference, held in Aix-en-Provence from 7 to 9 October 2026.
