Third edition of the second-year doctoral student residency

Among the doctoral support services offered at BETA, the laboratory’s management team has been running a residency workshop for doctoral students enrolled in their second year of thesis work for the past three years. This is an opportunity for our young researchers to present their first article and benefit from the scientific and benevolent input of the senior researchers present.

This third edition, organised by Frédéric Hammerer, took place in Saint-Dié des Vosges on 8 and 9 December 2025 and brought together Godwin Agandan, Carlos Berrout Amezaga, Marie Boltz, Marie Bourgun, Marielle Brunette, Bérangère Buisson, Vinciane Chavand, Philippe Delacote, Joseph Kokouvi Djafon, Ayrton Guerillon, Marin Guinard, Herrade Igersheim, Bertrand Koebel, Qingrui Li, Patrick Llerena, Lise Martins Nourry, Clément Mathonnat, Marco Monnier, Nathalie Picard, Nattirat Promwang Mayer, Anna Roinard, Véronique Schaeffer, Abdoul Latif Sokoundou, Yamina Tadjeddine, Marion Neukam, Julien Jacob et Sandrine Spaeter.

This year, in addition to the traditional presentations by doctoral students, a focus on academic and non-academic careers was offered to take into account suggestions made during the previous edition.
